- Led multi-cloud operations and remote analytics teams using AWS, GCP, ElasticSearch, and proprietary EMS platforms to optimize network performance and reduce MTTR.
- Automated internal lab infrastructure deployment with Ansible on Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS) systems.
